Aerial is a music-driven lifestyle events platform. Consisting of DJs and multidisciplinary creatives, Aerial focuses on producing intimate experiences throughout New York City, with the ultimate goal of nurturing a safe, healthy, and sustainable community of likeminded individuals.

Overview
A monthly nighttime event taking place on a weekend day, preferably over at least a 6-hour window, with DJs playing live music and occasional collaborations with visual artists.

Time: 10 p.m. - 4 a.m.
Location: 2nd Floor @ 5 W 31st St.
People
Open to public, we expect to draw a crowd of around 100 people, but will limit the number depending on the venue’s capacity.
Marketing
Promoted on DJs’& Aerial community’s social channels, as well as listing on Resident Advisor. Co-marketing via the venue’s social channels requested. Photographer/videographer provided for recap or promo content.

The live feed can be shared to the venue’s destination of choice.
Livestream
In conjunction with the in-person experience, there is an option for the event to streamed live online, and the feed (logo placement or promotional graphic overlay possible) can be shared to the venue’s destination of choice.
PA Equipment
We will provide three sub woofers (QSC KW181) and two top speakers (QSC K12) for the event plus all the necessary cables.
DJ Equipment
We will provide 2 x Pioneer CDJ2000 Nexus + 1 x Pioneer DJM900 Nexus.
Rider
2 grounded 15 amp electrical outlets to which no other equipment has been connected (dedicated circuit), stable ethernet or wifi connection (for live streaming only).
